For those who have hit their target weight or are getting close — what are you planning (or already doing) for maintenance?

I’ve seen mixed stories:
  • Some people stay on a lower maintenance dose long-term
  • Others are trying to taper off slowly while focusing hard on habits
  • A lot worry about the weight coming back fast if they stop

What has worked for you so far?

  • Did you lower your dose?
  • How much strength training or cardio are you doing now?
  • Any big lessons about food noise returning or not?

Also open to people still losing who are already thinking about this stage.

Would really appreciate honest takes — the maintenance phase seems scarier than the actual weight loss for a lot of us.
