One thing I keep reading about in 2026 is the risk of losing muscle (not just fat) on Ozempic, Mounjaro, Zepbound, etc. especially if you're not eating enough protein or lifting weights.


I'm trying to hit at least 100-120g of protein per day even though my appetite is way down. Some days it's tough.


What’s your strategy?


  • Daily protein goal?
  • Favorite high-protein foods or shakes that don’t upset your stomach?
  • Are you doing resistance training? How many days a week?

Would love to hear what’s working for people who’ve been on these meds longer than me. I don’t want to end up “skinny fat” after all this effort.
